Characters
When Alexis Powell hosts Christmas at her mansion, the holiday implodes after Velma Teal arrives claiming Alexis’ husband Mikkos is really Eli, her husband of forty‑four years. The revelation shatters the celebration and exposes the Powell family’s carefully crafted lies.
Sterling Mitchell, Alexis’ spiritual advisor, tries to contain the chaos while hiding her own past with patriarch Nolan Powell, whose controlling nature keeps the family orbiting around him. His wife Tyneshia fights to protect her image as a threatening envelope resurfaces — one tied to Shane Dickerson, who panics the moment he sees her.
Meanwhile, Cassie Powell struggles to hold her home together as Shane hides dangerous secrets and an obsession with Riley, whose innocence is as fake as her tears. Parker Powell, humble and faith‑driven, clings to his marriage unaware he’s surrounded by deception.

RILEY POWELL- (28-30 F/Any Race)- Riley is a bold, messy, emotionally unpredictable opportunist who once married Cassie’s brother Nolan and now clings to Cassie’s son Parker, carrying fake tears, fake talent, and a whole lot of ambition as she schemes her way deeper into the Powell family fold.
STERLING MITCHELL - (BLK- Any Age) Sterling Mitchell is a devoted, sharp‑tongued spiritual advisor who pours herself into fixing everyone else’s family while quietly avoiding the brokenness in her own — a woman carrying unhealed wounds, hidden guilt, and a past she refuses to face even as her prophetic gift exposes everyone else’s truth.
